The scorching sun of summer season has already started showing its harsh rays. It stays hot all day round. Dehydration, anxiety, tiredness even heat stroke etc. are some common problems people get through in this hot summer season. So you need to take care of certain factors this season. Drink plenty of water daily. As you know the summer days are comparatively longer than the days of other season, so you have to take extra care of your health this summer season.
Engage in some physical activities in summer. Don’t just pass away your time like that. For those having vacations, still you have to take some simple physical exercises like walking, cycling etc. You won’t believe how it will help you surviving in this hot summer season.
Not only exercises in this summer season you have to take special care of your eating habits too. Have lots of green vegetables and fruits. They will meet up the needs of water, vitamin and minerals of your body. Drink lots of seasonal fruit juice in summer season. Drink approximately 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. Drinking plenty of water lowers your risk of heatstroke. Try to have three meals a day. It will stabilize the digestion system of your body.
Heat exhaustion can be reduced by loosening your clothes, moving to a cool place or drinking extra water. Try not to wear dark tight clothes in summer, especially in daylight. This summer season comes with huge heat of rays. These rays might cause harm to your skin and hair. So take care of them. If possible wear scarfs at outdoor on these days to save your hair from the heat of the sun and use sunscreens to protect your skin from the UV-rays. You can also use umbrellas to avoid the heat of the sun while going outside in summer season.
For mental relaxation don’t forget to take rest. You can go to any remote place and have some chill outs. Enjoy some sources of entertainment. You can go to sea beaches or any green hill tract areas. But whatever you do, don’t forget to take care of yourself as have been said above. Enjoy!
